Looking for a handsome horse with personality plus? Thumper is definitely a character. Originally bred for racing, he learned a bit of dressage and was ridden on the trail many years ago. But when he was young, he was involved in a serious trailer accident and hasn't been quite the same since.
Born in xxxx, Thumper is basically sound, but can no longer be ridden. Tests have been inconclusive, but his reactions to ordinary situations fall outside the realm of normal horse behavior. Thumper came to the Sanctuary from a home in California when his person developed health problems and could no longer care for him.
Thumper can be a real sweetheart with people, but he's particular about his pasture mates and tends to be dominant with them.
