Lonely pig looking for love!
Teddy's a little lonesome, since his best buddy at the Sanctuary, Rocky, passed away recently. They were such close friends that they didn't want to be separated. Finding a home for one pig is no easy task, but finding somebody willing take home two big guys is even harder. So sad as it is, losing his best friend may help Teddy finally find a forever home!
Teddy started out life in a neglectful home. A kind neighbor took him in, but she didn't know much about potbellied pigs. Despite her good intentions, Teddy was in tough shape when he came to the Sanctuary. He had grown so fat on the wrong kind of food that he wasn't able to see! But with a healthy diet and TLC, he's slimmed down and is no longer blind. Still on the shy side, he's learning to trust people more every day and now accept treats from his caregiver's hand.
Born in xxxx, Teddy's favorite summer activity is rolling in mud holes to cool off! Good with other pigs, he'd love to find a home with someone who loves pigs and might already have another to be his buddy. Could you find room for this lovable, lonesome guy with a big heart?
