Mustang - Chuck - Medium - Adult - Male - Horse
Chuck is a handsome dun mustang gelding born in approximately xxxx. He was found running loose along the highway on the desert along the Arizona/Utah border and eventually made his way to the Sanctuary. It took a while to convince him that we were OK, but once we gained his trust, riding him was not a problem. He is currently being ridden on the trail a couple of times a week and is doing great. We consider him to be a 'green' horse still, and a sanctuary visit is required for adoption, but he is making progress all the time and will be a great horse for someone. He is approximately 14hh and has typically good mustang feet, which has always allowed him to be barefoot. If you are looking for a horsie partner who is kind, obedient, and very sweet, Chuck might be just the guy for you.
