Missing since Dec.14th near xxxx West off Hwy 50 just outside of Salina wearing a blue collar he is intact, microchipped and tattooed? He is very friendly and my kids are worried he's hurt or lost and can't find his way back home. Someone is either feeding or housing him. I?m offering a *REWARD* of $500 dollars to the person that can help get him back home to his family... Thank you
